| Hey John! im 19 (been playing for a few years) and I recently started playing out of stick control seriously, but i have only recently discovered the concept of the free stroke (i saw a video of you teaching it at a clinic on youtube). the question i have is if it is worth it for me to abandon all my former technique to learn this stroke. as you can imagine, thats a lot to swallow. thanks for the help! heres a link of a short clip of what i do everyday, tell me what you think.
