Hello John
I was wondering if you still use a particular cymbal: Zildjian Swish Knocker (as stated in the Zildjian artist website). Or do you use a different Chinese style cymbal?
Thanks. |

Dear John, here is another CD, that I can recommand to musicians. It's from the George
Shearing Quintet, featuring Nancy Wilson. Drums playing Time, mostly with brushes. Wonderful version of "On Green Dolphin Street". Works
for me perfect as a play along.
As You saw in former Mails of me, I am working on Tempos and Timing. Can You give me an advice, how to practise a certain tempo: should I work with the metronome, say, 150bpm about 10 Minutes, and then switch to the next tempo, or should I play one tempo for a longer time, perhaps over a period of 3-4 days, then also for 10-15 minutes ?
GREETINGS
